Customer Service and Internal Marketing

About the Program:
This course will provide HR executives with a strategic perspective of marketing and its implications in human resources. In particular, this course will cover the concepts and strategies involved in delivering a high level of external and internal customer service. In addition, how to incorporate employees into the corporate branding process will be discussed.
During this seminar, you will learn:
- To understand the fundamentals of customer service
- About what the top rated firms are doing with regard to customer service
- To discuss the role employees play in customer service
- To analyze the employee/brand relationship
About the Professor:
For over ten years, Scott Wysong has worked with a number of organizations to improve their customer service and internal marketing including Integrated Forensic Laboratories, HealthSouth, United States Power Squadrons, Fireside Lodge Nursing Home, the Tulsa Talons and Baylor University Athletics. In addition, he has conducted academic research on brand personality, measuring customer satisfaction and the importance of marketing to employees.
He is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Dallas and teaches branding, service marketing and value-based marketing. Dr. Wysong received a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt and a MBA and Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
