DallasHR Scholarships and Grants

DallasHR offers two annual awards:

Pursuit of Excellence Award - recognizes HR professionals who have demonstrated commitment to the field of Human Resources through pursuit of academic and professional achievement.

Drew Young Scholarship - encourages undergraduate and graduate students preparing for work in the field of Human Resources Management.

The HRSouthwest Conference Sponsorships and Scholarships

Students benefit greatly from attendance at the annual HRSouthwest Conference and each year, thanks to generous sponsors, students are able to do just that. Find out more about how to register as a student, find a sponsor or how to donate.

Excellence in Education Student Scholarship
A $1,000 one-year scholarship plus the net proceeds from the Silent Auction to be paid to your college or university on your behalf. Award winners will be selected based upon their academic standing, involvement in their community and campus, and by recommendations of their professors, advisors, and/or employers. All scholarship applications are due by no later than Monday, August 26, 2013.

SHRM - Texas State Council

SHRM-Texas State Council has partnered with WGU Texas to offer $2000 Go Further in HR Scholarships. These scholarships are designed for motivated HR personnel who wish to continue their education and earn a bachelors or master’s degree. Find out more about eligibility requirements and to apply.
