Collin County is rapidly expanding, and it seems like every day a new major corporation announces that it is relocating to the area. It is important now more than ever that organizations are strategic and implement tactics for acquiring and retaining talent in this competitive market. During this workshop, participants will take a deep dive into overcoming sourcing strategies, attracting talent both from the area and beyond North Texas, the role culture plays in acquiring and retaining key talent, and other strategies to take back to their organization to positively impact retention.
