There is a simple principle in the customer service world: the customer experience will rarely exceed the employee experience. In today’s world, it is vital for leaders to understand the importance of the people around them. In this session, we will discuss the importance of a leader’s ability to connect the experiences around them to their outcomes. When leaders understand and master how the Experience Cycle works, they move their leadership to the next level.
- Understand how the Experience Cycle Model impacts outcomes
- Identify three ways we create and have experiences every day and how these experiences impact how people behave
- Learn the three keys to creating a desired outcome, and how to avoid the “Activity Trap” most leaders fall into when they are not realizing their desired outcomes
