Employee Engagement Webinar

October 20, 2017
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Let’s Get Engaged! Building a Workplace Experience Your Employees Will Love

Back by popular demand! If you were unable to join us in person at the September Employee Engagement Round Table, you'll be able to join us for a webinar of the session.

Is your organization ready to create a culture where your employees become committed partners in your business? The good news is that you can build employee engagement without spending tons of money or offering lavish perks. This session will teach participants the four things an organization absolutely must deliver to move from employee satisfaction to employee engagement; how to position employee engagement as a strategic advantage and we’ll discuss the business case for creating an exceptional employee experience.

Learning Objectives:
  • Understand how employee engagement differs from employee satisfaction and why engagement is better
  • Define how employee engagement supports the organizational mission and drives business outcomes
  • Integrate an exceptional employee experience into the ethos of your organization

About the Speaker

Gregory Tall, PHR, SHRM-CP
Keynote Speaker, Facilitator, Coach, Storyteller

Gregory Tall is a high-energy keynote speaker, facilitator, coach and storyteller. Ever since the fifth grade when his weekly progress reports always had a checkmark in the box next to “Talks too much,” Gregory was destined to be a speaker! Fast forward to adulthood, and Gregory now designs and delivers workshops that help people become better communicators, collaborators, managers and leaders.

Gregory began his career working for a scrappy start-up, helping global companies source, recruit and hire talent in the industrial design & tech fields. Following that, he worked at a high-growth private university helping them innovative in the areas of talent acquisition, employer branding, employee onboarding and learning & development. During his tenure as Director of Human Resources, the university was recognized by Workplace Dynamics for three consecutive years as a “Top Workplace” in Chicago—a market that included employers like Google, McDonald’s Corporation and EY.

Gregory’s background working with top employers has made him a great partner to organizations experiencing rapid growth or significant change. It was Gregory’s experience coaching others and building top workplaces that inspired him to focus his business on helping people develop into better professionals and organizations create exceptional employee experiences.

Gregory holds an M.B.A. from the Morris Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations.
