Leveraging your culture can lead to visible impact on how your employees behave and how your leaders lead. Most importantly, it will help your organization achieve strong and consistent business results. Join us to learn how to define and identify culture and explore the different levers that move culture forward.
Participants will:
- Define culture and its role in business
- Discuss the importance of driving culture in an organization
- Identify different types of organizational cultures and their benefits
- Learn four levers that move organizational culture to impact business results
