Registration Opens: 11:00 AM

Unlocking Your Organization’s Vision Through Culture

Understanding your organization’s culture is key to unlocking your organization’s power. In order to realize its full influence, you need not only to be able to define your existing culture, but shape it in a way that puts you at a competitive advantage in the future. Leveraging your culture can lead to visible impact on how your employees behave and how your leaders lead. Most importantly, it will help your organization achieve strong and consistent business results. Join us to learn how to define and identify culture and explore the different levers that move culture forward.
Participants will:

  • Define culture and its role in business
  • Discuss the importance of driving culture in an organization
  • Identify different types of organizational cultures and their benefits
  • Learn four levers that move organizational culture to impact business results
