The war for talent has become increasingly intense in the last several years and 2017 has been no different. In fact, hiring managers will continue to see the demand for qualified talent increasing as we move into 2018. Requirements for high-level skills are climbing and the skill gap is widening. Companies willing and able to take on new approaches to recruiting can hope to emerge victorious in securing the right people for the right jobs. 

Join us for this up to two-day seminar designed to provide you the opportunity to gain the basic knowledge and skills required to manage the recruiting and hiring process for your organization, and help enhance your role as recruiters and HR business partners. This seminar is intended not only for those new to recruiting, but also for those who have recruiting responsibilities as part of their job function or need a refresher in the basics of finding, attracting and hiring talent in today’s competitive environment.
