Building a Strong Talent Acquisition Strategy
Many companies are coming to terms with the fact that recruitment and staffing is changing. In fact, it has been changing quite rapidly for the past several years. The way we attract, source, recruit and hire can really differentiate one company from the next. Building and executing an employer brand strategy is part of the equation, however do your leaders really know what talent acquisition looks like these days?
Through two case studies, participants will discover how important assessing the situation is and uncovering how much your business leaders know and understand about the world of talent acquisition today. We’ll review how to package your strategy for the business operators in a language that educates, and also how to show metrics they will not only be shocked to learn but also will begin to care about. While it takes time and a lot of internal public relations to imbed the words employment brand, candidate experience and talent acquisition strategy into the day to day discussions it is a crucial factor in developing a strong talent acquisition strategy.
Learning Objectives:
- Define talent acquisition and its metrics for organization leaders
- Understand how to build and execute an employer brand strategy
- Create an improved candidate experience
