In this debate session, attendees will have the opportunity to hear the perspective of lawyers and HR professionals and how they’d each approach a variety of hypothetical scenarios relating to employment law. A moderator will present cases and each debater will explain their own approach to the situation as well as why they think the approaches of the other panelists are right, wrong or somewhere in between.
The debate will cover a broad spectrum of possible cases that one may face ranging from Millennials, their impact on the HR culture and legal issues that might arise to EEOC charges from start to finish.
