Workforce Considerations for Now & Beyond; What HR Professionals Should be Thinking About…

Angelia will focus on 3 Primary Workforce Shifts that should inform your organization’s 2023 Human Capital Strategic Plan.

Many HR executives are busy fighting fires that are erupting throughout their organizations spending little time to strategically prepare for and possibly prevent that next fire.  All the while the workforce dynamics continue to shift and require more and more strategic attention.  We must transform our thinking from solely focusing on the here and now to looking around the corner to prepare for the future.  We must challenge conventional wisdom and be committed to being a life-long learner and promoter of continuous improvement in our companies.  According to Blair Sheppard, Global leader of PWC, “ We should remember that intellectual complacency is not our friend and that learning – not just new things but new ways of thinking – is a life-long endeavor.”   During this session, Angelia will challenge the conventional and often comfortable thinking of HR leaders to learn something new about the dynamics of their workforce and incorporate this strategic insight into a Strategic Human Capital Plan for their organizations.
