Darren then turned his attention to people and culture development, holding titles such as Director of Employee Development and VP Culture & Engagement. Darren now holds two roles. First, as Principal, Leadership Development for Trinity Industries, Darren is responsible for culture, value, and targeted leadership programs such as High Potential and Plant Manager training.
