Corporate Discount Plan
This program is designed for companies with five or more employees that are new and/or existing members of DallasHR. This is a discount program in which each individual owns their membership rather than a corporate-owned membership. Volume discounts are as follows:
- 5 to 10 employees - 10% discount
- 11 to 20 employees - 20% discount
- 21 to 50 employees - 30% discount
- 51 or more employees - 40% discount
To get started, appoint one individual to be the Company Point of Contact for your employees. The Company Point of Contact should provide a list of participating employee’s names and email addresses to DallasHR at [email protected]. DallasHR will then provide instructions directly to each employee about how to activate their membership. Upon completion of all employee applications, DallasHR will invoice the company for payment. Memberships will be activated upon receipt of payment.
Recent Graduate Tiered Plan
A Recent Graduate Member is an individual who lives in the Greater Dallas Area, is a current member of a college SHRM chapter or national SHRM member or has graduated with an HR degree or related field in the past 90 days. Recent Graduate Members will be classified as a "General" member.
Recent Graduate members have a unique dues structure to help ease the transition into professional membership:
- First 12 months after graduation - $12
- Renewal rate for year two - $50
- Renewal rate for year three - $115
Use this application if you're a student or recent graduate. Don't forget to submit the supporting paperwork noted on page 2 of the Recent Graduate Printable Application.

*Applications for Recent Graduate Membership must be submitted no later than 90 days after graduation. If at anytime during this three-year period membership has expired, this offer will be void and regular membership rates will apply.
In-Transition Membership Plan
New applicants to DallasHR who are unemployed have the opportunity to join for a discounted rate of $50.00. To take advantage of this benefit please submit the following to the DallasHR office for processing:
- Completed new member application
- A copy of your resume
Current DallasHR members who are unemployed at the time of their membership renewal can extend their membership for *one 12 month term for no charge. To take advantage of this benefit, please submit the following to the DallasHR office for processing:
- Your renewal invoice
- A copy of your resume
*This members-only benefit is limited to a ONE TIME use and must be activated within 30 days after membership expiration date.

Retired Professional Membership Plan
Free or discounted membership is available to retired professionals or who are no longer employed full time* in an HR position. An individual who has retired from a full time career in human resources and meets the criteria of a Professional Member is eligible. Retired Professional Members shall be entitled to all privileges of Professional Members, including the right to vote and hold elected office.
Full time is considered 30 or more hours weekly.
Two options are available:
- FREE to individuals who have been a continuous member of DallasHR for 10+ years at the time of their retirement
- $25.00 annually to New Members who are retired or those who have less than 10 years of continuous membership with DallasHR at the time of the requirement
