Demystifying Big Data in HR
September 23, 2016
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
The concepts of HR analytics and big data are the future of driving business outcomes through people, but successfully leveraging them to drive business outcomes is often a mystery. The secret to unlocking this potential value lies in three key areas: HR must establish a foundation to handle big data; HR leadership must have a clear understanding of what analytics is and is not; and HR needs to start investing in analytical capabilities and technologies right now. By laying this groundwork, attendees will learn to focus on how to use this data in a way that drives their organizations forward.
Learning objectives include:
- Defining HR analytics and big data
- Describing how HR delivers on the promise of HR analytics and big data
- Discussing the capabilities and technologies of the future
