May 15 and 22, 2014
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
The role of the strategic HR professional is evolving and now requires the ability to connect with all functions in an organization to achieve HR business objectives. This two-part workshop focuses on the primary skills that HR professionals need to master to be successful business partners in their organizations. Participants will practice relationship skills to be a strategic, contributing partner within the leadership team and will develop a Strategic Partner Profile on identified partners. You will walk away with increased confidence, competence, and courage to become a sought after Strategic HR Business Partner.
This 2 half-day interactive program provides the opportunity for self-reflection in the context of your organization’s environment as you practice skills and analyze the needs of your current business partners. We will utilize The Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile as part of our sessions. The Profile helps build better relationships by understanding and appreciating the styles of the people you work with.
