Hidden in Plain Sight:  Acquiring Talent Within Your Organization

As business needs change, how often do organizations think about the talent needed and immediately look outward? Do we really know the skills of the people we have and, even more important, have we fostered an environment of exploration within our organization to “draw out” the talents of the people already at your organization?

This presentation will address what challenges you may face while recruiting and engaging people within your organization and discuss case studies and best practices demonstrating how other organizations have dealt with those challenges.

Learning Objectives:
  • Identify if your organization is missing opportunities to engage hidden talent
  • Explore what organizations are doing to successfully recognize the talent within
  • Gain insights into best practices to develop the talent you need internally
