About the Speaker
PAUL E. HASH is a Partner and the Manager of Litigation for the Dallas, Texas office of Jackson Lewis LLP. He joined the Firm in 1997. Mr. Hash’s experience encompasses a broad expanse of employment and labor practice. He has class action, wage and hour collective action and single and multi-plaintiff litigation experience. Mr. Hash has tried numerous jury and bench cases against private plaintiffs and against the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. His considerable trial experience includes trials in the substantive areas of race, sex, age, national origin and disability discrimination, retaliation, Wage & Hour claims, workers’ compensation retaliation, Equal Pay Act claims, sex harassment, contract claims, AIR 21 claims, and various employment-related torts. He has also tried numerous cases in private arbitrations in these same substantive areas.
CHRISTOPHER C. ANTONE is celebrating his 32nd year with Jackson Lewis P.C. as the only attorney in Texas to be named one of the nation's top 100 labor lawyers by the Labor Relations Institute. Mr. Antone is a Shareholder in the Dallas office of Jackson Lewis. He has also been named a Texas Super Lawyer for the last six years. Recently, Legal 500 noted Mr. Antone as an “individual with distinction” in workplace and employment counseling, stating “Clients single out Christopher Antone, as ‘especially helpful with our issues. He is responsive and brings immediate resources to bear on our issues.’” Mr. Antone is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
WILLIAM L. DAVIS is a partner with the Dallas Office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Mr. Davis is actively engaged in the representation of management in employment litigation, practicing before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in all federal courts in Texas, the Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Davis is Counsel to the Dallas Human Resource Management Association and has been a speaker on a number of employment law topics.
