In today’s immigration enforcement environment, companies of all sizes are seeing millions of dollars in sanctions, federal contract debarment and derivative shareholder lawsuits, as well as inter-agency cooperation leading to parallel investigations by, among other agencies, the Office of Special Counsel, Wage and Hour Division, IRS and SEC. This webinar will discuss key rules of thumb to assess and improve immigration compliance and provide the tools necessary to explain to stakeholders that a culture of immigration compliance is essential.

Mr. Hammock’s national practice focuses on all aspects of occupational safety and health law.
