The December Monthly Luncheon features a special presentation of the HR Executive of the Year Award prior to the speaker's presentation.

A Holistic Approach to Identifying & Developing Your Talent

One of the primary ways HR professionals can make a strategic contribution to an organization is through successful management of available internal talent. This interactive session will highlight a holistic approach and provide practical tools to identify and develop talent to drive your organization's strategy forward. We will address questions about prioritizing talent investments in an environment of limited resources, highlight hard-wiring traditional methods while also exploring the use of non-traditional tools and practices to make great talent investments. With the new year just around the corner, now is the time to identify and maximize your potential talent pool to start 2018 in the right direction!

Learning Objectives:
  • Utilize a holistic approach to identifying talent to grow and develop
  • Prioritize your talent investments aligned with the organization's strategy
  • Leverage tools and approaches when building your organization's talent management approach
