A Holistic Approach to Identifying & Developing Your Talent
One of the primary ways HR professionals can make a strategic contribution to an organization is through successful management of available internal talent. This interactive session will highlight a holistic approach and provide practical tools to identify and develop talent to drive your organization's strategy forward. We will address questions about prioritizing talent investments in an environment of limited resources, highlight hard-wiring traditional methods while also exploring the use of non-traditional tools and practices to make great talent investments. With the new year just around the corner, now is the time to identify and maximize your potential talent pool to start 2018 in the right direction!

About the Speaker
Nolan Godfrey
Chief Employee Experience Officer and Vice President of People Capability
Baylor Scott & White Health
Nolan Godfrey is the Chief Employee Experience Officer and Vice President of People Capability for Baylor Scott & White Health, headquartered in Dallas, TX. Promoted into that role in 2016, he is focused on creating an exceptional experience for the 40,000 employees that call Baylor Scott & White home. Nolan joined Baylor Scott & White Health in 2013 as Director of Organizational Effectiveness to assist with the merger and integration of Baylor and Scott & White.
Prior to Baylor Scott & White, he contributed to and learned from many great organizations, including Raytheon, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Dell, Toyota and Parker-Hannifin.
Nolan earned a MBA in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Weber State University.
