The Holiday Party: Laughs, Libations and Liability
November 18, 2010
7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
About the Program:
With the holiday season drawing near, there are many questions surrounding the infamous "Holiday Party." We will discuss issues with picture and video taking; employee behavior before, during and after the party; drinking and driving issues; and employee accommodations.
To make it even more interesting we will discuss actual cases and claims brought about due to events that happened at holiday parties and company functions and discuss their outcomes. We will conduct interactive and lively "What would you do" case scenarios and send participants away with preventive strategies for your next company get together!
