About the Program:
In this session we will discuss protecting your company's information with regard to restrictive covenants: non-disclosures, non-competes and confidentiality agreements. We will learn about drafting enforceable severance agreements and also discuss alternative dispute resolutions when it comes to jury demands and arbitration.
About Our Breakfast Series Facilitator:

Bill Davis is a partner with the Dallas Office of Jackson Lewis LLP. where he has been actively engaged in the representation of management in employment litigation, practicing before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in all federal courts in Texas, the Fifth, Sixth, and Eigth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Bill is also Counsel to the Dallas Human Resource Management Association and is a speaker on a number of employment law topics.
