Tuesday Welcome Reception
If you’re checking into your hotel on Tuesday evening, attending the increasingly popular Pre-Conference workshops, or simply picking up your Attendee Registration Bag to avoid the crowd on Wednesday morning, be sure to stop by our Tuesday Welcome Reception from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Fort Worth Convention Center. The networking opportunities at this lively event will give you a chance to reconnect with old friends and develop new networking relationships with other attendees.

Wednesday Exhibitor Hospitality Night
Be sure to join us in the festivities at the Exhibitor Hospitality Night at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel, Headquarter Hotel, from 5:30 p.m.–8:00 p.m! Then enjoy the sights and sounds of Fort Worth on your free evening.

Thursday Evening Event
Come join us as the Convention Center Ballroom is transformed into “party central” for our “Past, Present & Future” event. Attendees at this event are guaranteed a fun and lively experience with a DJ, casino games, beverages and light hors d'oeuvres.

The Conference Bookstore: Your Last Stop for Educational and Inspirational Materials
As usual, one of the more popular sites at HR Southwest will be our wonderful Bookstore. The Conference Bookstore, sponsored by Venturi Staffing Partners, will be full of resources applicable to any HR professional. In addition to books authored by our keynote speakers, many works of our educational session presenters will be represented in the spacious Bookstore located near Registration in the Convention Center.

The Bookstore will be conveniently open to attendees on all four days of the Conference, allowing shoppers to prolong their Conference experience by taking home additional educational materials, SHRM apparel and assorted HR related products. Attendees are encouraged to stop by the Bookstore to check out what is available to guide them into the Next Generation of HR!
