Megan Raesner will be leading the formation of this new PEG group, assisted by Leigh Dayton. The main purpose of the PEG will be to provide an information exchange on the topic of Employee Immigration. Other international HR topics can certainly be included as well, depending on the interests of those of you interested in this new PEG.

Megan Raesner is a Senior Associate with Tidwell, Swaim & Associates, the oldest full-service immigration law firm in North Texas. Megan and her firm deal with employers and employees in immigration matters, including programs such as PERM processing for several large employers in North Texas. Megan handles mostly employment-based cases, including those for both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.

Leigh Dayton is an HR Manager for Everest Group, an outsourcing advisory services firm, headquartered in Dallas with offices in 5 countries. Everest is currently processing several PERM cases and is involved in various non-immigrant visa issues for consultants traveling and working throughout the world.
