Job Shadow Day is a Hit!
During the week of March 20-24, 2006, members of the SHRM student chapter at the University of Texas-Arlington participated in Dallas HR’s first Job Shadow Day Program. Thanks to the support of Dallas HR members, these students were able to spend one day "shadowing" their host, while they went about their daily routines.
