Leadership Election Results for 2007

DHRMA, Inc. Board of Directors

Linda Miller, SPHR, will join the Board of Trustees to serve a three-year term.

Linda is the 2006 HR Southwest Conference Director and previously served a total of seven years on the Boards of both HRSW and Dallas HR. She is currently employed as a Senior Account Executive/Corporate Benefits for Holmes Murphy & Associates.

Linda will serve as an elected Trustee along with Cathy White and Tim Heup as they continue to serve their terms. Cathy has two years and Tim Heup has one year remaining on their three-year service commitment.

Dallas HR President-Elect

Debi Dault, GPHR, CRP, will serve in 2007 as President-Elect, working closely with Karen Cunningham, President.

Debi is currently serving Dallas HR in her second year as Director of the Community Relations Committee and serves in her fifth year as the Texas State Council International Director. Debi is employed as Senior Consultant of HR for The MI Group.

HR Southwest Conference Director-Elect

Jennifer Davis, SPHR, was elected to serve as the 2007 Conference Director-Elect and will partner with Julie Frank, HRSW Conference Director.

Jennifer is currently serving as a Special Advisor to HR Southwest and has previously served for three years. She is actively involved in her fourth year with the DHRMA, Inc. Strategic Plan. Jennifer is currently employed as Human Resource Manager for PFSweb, Inc.

How are the Directors and Committees Formed?

Now that elections are final, the Dallas HR and HR Southwest Boards will be appointed by the elected Division leaders. Volunteer Leader Interest Forms have been submitted by those members interested in holding a position on the two Boards.
