DHRMA Strategic Planning Team Report

On August 18, the DHRMA strategic plan teams participated in the six-month review meeting. These meetings are scheduled throughout the year to bring the teams together to discuss successes accomplished and to determine future projects that will add unparalleled value to our membership and attendees.

The strategic planning process was developed in 2002 when a small group of our leadership team unanimously agreed that we wanted to continually enhance the benefits to our attendees and members and strengthen our relationships in our communities.

Many of our members have been part of these teams; some since the process was created while others dedicated available time to work on particular projects. We have been fortunate to have accomplished an incredible amount of services, benefits and processes that only enhance our operations and deliverables.

Our four 2006 teams are charged with:

1. Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness

2. Diversifying and Engaging DHRMA Stakeholders

3. Building External Relations that Align with our Mission

4. Leveraging Resources to Increase Stakeholder Value

Needless to say, these teams have taken on a lot of responsibility and developed projects that will have a great impact on our future.

Below is a list of the 2006 team members who are dedicating their valuable time to DHRMA’s success. Next time you see them at a meeting be sure to let them know that they are appreciated for their dedication to the profession and our organization.
