"Recruiting and the Hiring Manager Relationship: How to Make a Difference with Your Internal Clients "

We often talk about how to improve recruiting through improving sourcing channels, the latest technology and what everyone else is doing. In this interactive and fun session, attendees will learn not only the issues facing recruiting but take solid tactics back with them that will make a difference including:

- Discover how to become an effective and respected internal consultant to your hiring managers

- Learn how to create service level agreements with hiring managers that address expecations from all key participants

- Determine what measurements and metrics are important

- Learn recruitment "best practices" that will improve your organization's ability to recruit and retain top talent
