"Brand Your Organization to Attract Top Talent "
A crystal clear talent brand can give your organization a competitive advantage in the market place, help you attract, hire and retain candidates with the right fit, and can even increase shareholder value and bottom-line profits. Your talent brand is your employment value proposition. It's the essense of your organization, the sum of the parts of your company... who you are, what you stand for, your culture and image as an employer. It's not just a tagline on your career microsite - it's an immensely powerful message that should be promoted both internally and externally. In this session, participants will be given tools to help them brand their organization in a way that allows them to attract and retain top quality talent. Studies conclude that almost half of U.S. workers made a decision to apply for their current position based in part on the company's image as an employer. Statistics of this nature have employers striving to improve the way they market themselves to potential employees by branding their recruitment efforts and their organizations as the best place to work. At the end of this session, participants will know:
- What is talent branding?
- The importance of managing talent
- How to get talent branding to work for an organization
- Attributes of successful talent "branders"
- Who is doing it well?
- How to start an effective talent brand
