"2006 D/FW Area Salary Survey Results – Prevalence of Total Compensation and General Benefits Practices in D/FW Area"

2006 Dallas/Fort Worth Area Salary Survey, co-sponsored by DHRMA and NTCA, has been completed by Deloitte Consulting to examine the market prevalence of general benefits practices and total compensation offerings for Nonexempt, Professional, Supervisory, and Management Jobs.

The survey collects and reports 1) general compensation and benefits policies; and 2) detailed base salary, bonus and total cash compensation information for 237 nonexempt, professional, supervisory, and management positions in all major functions.

This session is to present the high-level 2006 Survey results including:

  • The survey's background
  • Deloitte’s methodology
  • Key findings of general compensation and benefits practices (including year-on-year comparison against 2005 findings, where applicable)
  • Market prevalent compensation levels for the defined benchmark jobs (including year-on-year comparison against 2005 findings, where applicable)

We will also be open to answer any of your questions regarding the survey including how to use the 2006 survey report and how to participate in the 2007 survey.

About Our Speaker:

Kim Riddle is a Houston-based Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice.  She has over fifteen years’ experience in compensation management with an expertise in the healthcare industry.  She has extensive experience in designing compensation plans, job analysis, market benchmarking, job documentation, salary structure design, and salary administration.
