The Dallas HR's monthly meeting educational forum continues to be one of our most popular educational events because of the opportunity it provides members and other interested business partners the chance to learn from industry experts while also networking with other HR professionals in our community. Be sure to mark your calendars for these great educational opportunities!

Along with producing the Most Admired Companies rankings, Hay also conducts follow-up research each year to identify the business practices that make the Most Admired Companies great. November 11 - Transforming HR Service Delivery to Meet Future Business Needs - Version 3.0

The role of HR in many companies is evolving as managers are demanding more strategic support from the function. In this keynote address, Dr. James Sowers, Managing Director of Human Resource Management at Buck Consultants, and Debbie Rose, Director of Human Resources at Buck Consultants, will present an overview of what companies are doing to meet the strategic HR needs of their business partners for the future. December 9 - Emotional Eloquence: The Forgotten Language of Leadership

Emotional eloquence is the natural next step for leaders who have been identified as having a high level of emotional intelligence. Emotional eloquence is the ability to speak to people's highest aspirations. It is a way of giving a speech or presentation where the leader/speaker shares wisdom through stories, metaphors and examples, and inspires people to embrace a new vision, think differently, or behave differently. Join us to hear Doug Stevenson share with us how to improve our ability to get our message across and how to inspire the best in others. (1 Strategic HRCI Recertification Credit Hour)
