Recruiting/Staffing - The purpose of this PEG is to examine, discuss and generate solutions for recruitment problems unique to a corporate environment.  Past discussions have covered selecting vendor, creative recruiting, selecting an ATS and using social networks. Participants have been HR Generalists, Sourcers and Recruiters on all levels and it is a small enough group to encourage roundtable discussions.  We meet the 4th Thursday of the month at the Dallas HR conference room.
