- The advertiser is responsible for ensuring the ad is ready to post in one of the following formats: gif, animated gif, or jpeg file. Dallas HR will not resize or reformat the ad.

| Dallas HR Membership List Rental |
Our directory provides contact information for all Dallas HR members (2,000+ members). Information includes member name, position title, and mailing address. The directory is considered a one-time “rental”. Dallas HR will provide the membership list to buyer’s preferred mail house. Message must be pre-approved.

Dallas HR will send a broadcast email to all Dallas HR members on your behalf with your desired communication message. Email will be sent from a Dallas HR email account that is dedicated for paid blasts from vendors. “Paid Advertisement” will be in the subject of the email. Message must be pre-approved. Limit 2 available per month.

| Dallas HR New Member Packet |
Dallas HR averages 650 new members per year. For each new member, a packet of information is sent out. With this sponsorship, your company logo will be on the inside pocket of the folder and will also be on the new member orientation schedule.

Dallas HR Information Packet at Monthly Meetings and Conferences |
At each monthly meeting and Conference, a packet of information regarding upcoming Dallas HR events and other information will be in a folder on each attendee’s chair. Your company logo will be placed on the front of the folder.
