Meeting and Event Sponsorships

Meetings are held at a hotel or facility in the Dallas area on the second Tuesday of every month excluding April, July, August and October.  Registration and networking starts at 11:00am then the lunch and program starts at 11:30am.  The program concludes at 1:15pm.  Professional guest speakers provide educational content.  Dallas HR typically has 250-300 in attendance each month.

Monthly Membership Luncheon Sponsor (limit two per month)

*Maximum exposure to all Dallas HR members*

• Personal introduction by the Chapter President (65 words or less company bio needed)
• 5 complimentary guests at reserved table with company name on sign
• 6-foot table setup in a prime location at the meeting registration area for brochures, etc.
• Distribution of marketing information or gift placed in each attendees chair
• Advertisement in the bi-monthly Horizon e-newsletter
• Company logo and link to your company’s website will be posted on the Meeting Information page of www.dallashr.org.
• One-time use of Dallas HR membership mailing list to sponsor’s preferred mail house

Vendor Table at Monthly Meeting  (limit two per month)   

• 2 complimentary guests to attend meeting
• A 6-foot table setup at the meeting registration area for brochures, etc.

These half-day conferences, Employment Law in April and Diversity in August, include a variety of qualified and professional speakers. This sponsorship gives you exposure to the 140+ attendees of the Conference, as well as to the additional 100-150 guests attending the regular Monthly Membership Luncheon Meeting.   Please inquire regarding specific dates and topics of each conference.

Dallas HR Conference Sponsor (limit two per conference)

• 3 complimentary guests to attend meeting and luncheon (reserved seating)
• 6-foot table setup in a prime location at the meeting registration area for brochures, etc.
• Distribution of marketing information or gift placed in each luncheon attendees chair
• Advertisement in the bi-monthly Horizon e-newsletter
• A link to your company’s website will be posted on the home page of www.dallashr.org  during the sponsor period for 30 days if received by deadline.
• One-time use of membership list provided by Dallas HR to sponsor’s preferred mail house

Vendor Table at a Dallas HR Conference  (limit four per conference)  

• 2 complimentary guests to attend meeting and luncheon
• A 6-foot table setup at the meeting registration area for brochures, etc.

These two-hour programs to be held January 30, March 26, August 27 and November 11, will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Dallas and will cover a variety of topics around recruitment.  The sponsorship will allow you to network with a specialized group of HR professionals. 

Dallas HR Professional Development Breakfast Series Sponsor (limit two per series)

• Personal introduction by a Dallas HR representative (65 words or less company bio needed)
• 2 complimentary guests to attend each meeting in series
• An area inside the room for brochures, etc
• Advertisement in the monthly Horizon e-newsletter
• A link to your company’s website will be posted on the meeting page of www.dallashr.org   during the period of the series.

Be a special part of recognizing those HR professionals who have dedicated themselves to attaining their certification.  This evening reception, typically held in the fourth quarter of the year, will allow you to network with up to 100 certified professionals in a relaxed environment.  We will provide the food, beverage and personal invitation, which will have your company name printed as proud sponsor of the event.  In order to have company name on the invitation, sponsorship needs to be confirmed by June 1.

PHR/SPHR Reception Sponsor (limit two)

• Personal introduction by the Chapter President (65 words or less company bio needed)
• 3 complimentary guests to attend reception
• Provide brochures to be furnished at registration table
• Recognition on invitation to be distributed to all certified Dallas HR members.
• Advertisement in the monthly Horizon e-newsletter
• Link your website to www.dallashr.org during the sponsor period for 30 days if received by deadline.

Dallas HR Happy Hours are a great way to network and connect with nearly 100 industry professionals.

Repeat Happy Hour sponsors within the same calendar year receive a 15% discount beginning with the second sponsorship.
