The Dallas Human Resource Management Association, Inc. ("DHRMA") is a not-for-profit association of more than 1,900 Human Resource professionals in the Dallas metroplex. Formed in 1939, Dallas HR is SHRM Chapter # 061and one of the top chapters affiliated with the Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM). Dallas HR has earned SHRM's Superior Merit Award for a number of years, as well as the prestigious Pinnacle Award.

Dallas HR was formed to foster the professional development of the membership, to be a forum for the exchange of ideas, and to provide leadership for human resource concerns. The Association provides a wide variety of sources to solve problems and help expand the professionalism, competence and knowledge of its members.  

The annual HR Southwest Human Resources Conference and Exposition celebrates its 63rd event in October at the Fort Worth Convention Center.

MISSION STATEMENT

DHRMA, Inc. supports the HR practitioner, advances the profession, champions HR causes and supports the business community by providing subject-matter expertise, current information and educational offerings.
