- What are the issues at the “C” Level?
- What does the “C” Level want form HR?
Marie will also review the HR Metrics that are valuable decision making tools at the “C” Level and how you can use these tools to build a “knockout” business case. HR cannot be “at the table” without measuring satisfaction!
