DallasHR is the 3rd largest SHRM affiliate chapter.  Offering resources specific to Dallas and Collin Counties and Texas as a whole, SHRM members agree – joining their local chapter offers the best of both worlds.  The robust power of SHRM and local resources and connections made through DallasHR.   




Texas SHRM represents 32 SHRM affiliate chapters in Texas.  As the “voice for the HR profession in Texas”, they  provide a foundation for volunteer chapter leaders to share best practices and network with other chapter leaders, they share HR information specific to Texas and are the voice for the HR profession in matters of key state legislation issues.



SHRM Excel Chapter Awards recognize achievements by SHRM affiliate chapters and state councils. DallasHR earned the highest-level award and was recognized as a Platinum Chapter in 2019 for serving the HR profession, advancing the HR profession, and enhancing the SHRM community.
