Adopting a Consumer Driven Health Plan: Getting Buy In and Demonstrating ROI

Did you miss the April Education Event morning session? You're in luck! Join us for a repeat presentation of a case study on how Kelli Sewell, Director of Human Resources for EnLink Midstream, created a substantial ROI, as well as executive and employee buy-in when the organization utilized a change management strategy to adopt a consumer driven health plan and a wellness program. Attendees will discover Kelli earned executive buy-in, a 34% adoption rate in year one, and the obstacles and successes she experienced along the way.

Learning Objectives:
  • Understand the benefits of a consumer driven health plan for your employees
  • Lead change to develop executive and employee buy-in
  • Demonstrate ROI to company leadership by communicating data points

About the Speaker

Kelli Sewell
Director of Human Resources
EnLink Midstream

As the Director of Human Resources, Ms. Sewell leads the Benefit Committee, with which her top priority is to create effective and competitive benefit programs while managing costs and preparing EnLink employees for retirement. She also leads the benefits, payroll, PeopleSoft Human Capital Management systems, and employee engagement activities.

Ms. Sewell is known for building a culture of ownership by engaging employees that has sustained itself over the course of eight acquisitions and a merger during her 14 years with the company. She has proven her capability to quickly enculturate acquired employees into EnLink’s existing organization, grow and develop members of a team, design innovative benefit programs, and keep her finger on the pulse of the organization.

In 2015, EnLink awarded Ms. Sewell with its President’s Leadership Award. This award – EnLink’s highest employee honor – is given annually to a small number of employees whose performance best exemplifies EnLink’s high standards by inspiring others, making significant contributions to the organization, and modeling exemplary leadership. In 2016, Compass Professional Health Services recognized her with “Top Honors” by achieving record activation rates in Compass’ Wellness Program, placing EnLink in the top nine among thousands of other organizations.
