Recruiting and Retaining Talent in Collin County

Collin County is rapidly expanding, and it seems like every day a new major corporation announces that it is relocating to the area. It is important now more than ever that organizations strategize and implement tactics for acquiring and retaining talent in this competitive market. During this panel presentation, participants will hear from key city representatives on how they can leverage city initiatives to help their organization in this time of growth. The discussion will take a deep dive into overcoming sourcing roadblocks and attracting talent both from the area and beyond North Texas.

Learning Objectives:
  • Implement strategies to source and attract top candidates
  • Understand what makes an employee committed to staying at your organization
  • Leverage your culture to stand out among your competitors
