Building and Sustaining a Winning Culture – A Work in Progress

With a workforce that is growing more diverse and remote, Jack Henry & Associates has developed a cultural framework that is used to encourage connections, create meaningful employee experiences, and accomplish corporate goals - together. After establishing a simple definition of what culture really means, attendees will walk through Jack Henry & Associate's process for building their organizational culture today, and maintaining it in the future. By converting data into meaningful information and designing programs that support the needs of employees and demonstrate business value to leadership, you can take action to enhance your organization through a variety of "culture hacks" that are easy to implement regardless of your company size or budget.

Learning Objectives:
  • Establish Cultural Ground Rules
  • Build a framework for cultural evolution at your company
  • Understand JHA best practices and leverage these at your organization
