Theresa Lovelace Masek, PHR, SHRM-SCP is the Vice President, People & Culture at HumanKind HR where she is a subject matter expert in the areas of Talent Management, Training, Coaching, and Talent Acquisition.
Ms, Masek has 18 years of experience in Human Resources. For nearly a decade, she was part of the Corporate HR Team at Dean Foods, where she was a senior HR partner and trusted advisor to the leadership teams of the IT, Legal, R&D, Corporate Communications, and Operations Functions. Prior to joining Dean Foods, Theresa served as a Corporate and Agency Recruiter and lead team recruiting efforts to hire key positions within IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Legal, Human Resources, and Field Operations. She also played a key role in various college recruiting efforts.
Amy L. Ross, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Amy L. Ross, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the CEO and Founder of HumanKind HR which provides executive recruiting, people strategies, and tools to businesses to create high-performing, innovative, and sustainable cultures. Ms. Ross has over 20+ years of experience in the executive recruiting, human resources, and legal fields. Her areas of expertise include: executive recruiting, leadership development, and designing cultures based on purpose. In addition, she has extensive experience building programs that align an organization’s business strategy with its people strategy.
Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Ross worked for Fortune 500, public, and private companies across a variety of industries. She also worked for two of the largest international executive search firms in the world.
