The Future of Engagement

Join us for the June Education Event featuring a full morning looking at the employee engagement initiatives impacting the workforce today and beyond.

Spend your Tuesday with DallasHR while connecting with peers and earning up to 3 hours of recertification credit. Can't join for the full day? No problem! Register for the luncheon only and still get valuable time with your colleagues and an hour of programming.

New in 2019!
When registering for the full Education Event including the morning sessions, you no longer have to choose between the HR Track or the Talent Management Track. We listened to last year's feedback that it was hard to choose from too many great sessions with topics that were applicable to all. With that in mind, we've updated our format for the morning to have one speaker with an HR focused topic and one relating to Talent Management.

Agenda
8:00 AM     Check In & Networking
8:30 AM     Morning Session 1
9:45 AM     Morning Session 2
10:45 AM   Networking Break
11:25 AM   Luncheon Doors Open
12:00 PM   Luncheon Presentation
1:00 PM     Conclusion

Give Back! DallasHR is supporting two local organizations with their Back to School Drives. Bring your new or slightly used backpack and supplies with you to the Education Event. For a list of needed items click here.

The Future of Employee Engagement

What does the future look like for employee engagement? Will robots and artificial intelligence eliminate so many jobs it doesn’t matter? Will the gig economy reduce the importance of engagement?   In this session, we will explore the future of employee engagement and discuss where we go from here.

Learning Objectives:
  • Describe why engagement initiatives often fail
  • Define and understand organizations where employee engagement is high
  • Identify top trends impacting the future of employee engagement and how to prepare for the future
Join us as we investigate the future of engagement!
