Searching for a new job is often a full-time job! Networking, combing job boards, tweaking your resume, building a solid LinkedIn profile…. the to-do list can go on and on. Whether you’ve been in transition for a while or you need to start a new search because you’ve been notified that your job is ending, this event is for you! Join us to explore job search tips with some of the area’s top recruiters! Each recruiter will provide a brief presentation on a pre-determined topic in a small group setting, allowing for interaction and plenty of Q&A.

Registration is required and limited to 45 Participants.  In order to register for this event you must be an HR Practitioner who is seeking new employment.

The Speakers

Tonia Mancuso, Senior Recruiter, FedEx Office 
Tonia brings more than 20 years of experience in full cycle recruiting.  She was a recruiter on the agency side for 15 years and is currently a Senior Recruiter with FedEx Office, based in Plano, Texas.  She has had the opportunity to work with numerous clients/industries which has allowed her to gain experience in recruiting on a variety of positions and levels.  Recognized in Dallas in the top 10 as a Top Recruiter in direct-hire placement for 9 years.  

  Heather Sweet, Regional President, Robert Half
Robert Half (RH) is the world’s largest specialized staffing firm with 345 worldwide locations.  In this role, she oversees branches in Irving, Fort Worth, and Midland, Texas. Heather brings a wealth of experience to executives, professionals, business owners and other clients requesting staffing assistance.  She began her RH career as a staffing manager with OfficeTeam, a division of Robert Half, at the Irving location.  She was quickly promoted, and took on the role of division director of OfficeTeam, which specializes in the placement of administrative and human resources professionals.  Subsequently, Heather held several management positions leading to her most recent promotion to Regional President overseeing OfficeTeam and Accountemps.

  Christin Davis, Assistant Vice President, Mr Cooper
Christin is a talent acquisition and human resources leader with an acute business sense. She has a demonstrated track record of progressive growth and exemplary track record of leading change in recruiting teams and processes. In the last several years she has added a strong understanding of the global market including on the ground recruitment delivery in LAC, APAC & EMEA. As a strong goal oriented leader she is known to also have fun along the way.
  Jim D'Amico, Global Talent Acquisition Leader, Celanese
Jim D’Amico currently leads global talent acquisition for Celanese, a chemical innovation company based in Irving, TX, and is the Board President of ATAP (Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals).  He has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. The first half of his career focused on third party recruiting, including building a successful RPO business. For the last 12 years, he has built best-in-class talent acquisition centers of excellence for global companies (Barnes Group, The Schwan Food Company, Bissell, Spectrum Health, Celanese). He is globally recognized for building differentiated hiring processes based on the quality of results, achieved through efficiency, technology, and scientific analysis of metrics and datum. In 2015 he and his team at Spectrum Health were recognized as the Best Large Recruiting Organization by ERE.
