Dr. Joanna Wiesinger is the owner of Thrive with Strengths, LLC and a Gallup Certified Strengths coach. She helps leaders and businesses “team” better by leveraging their strengths, so they are more engaged and productive.
She is a recovering Ph.D. chemist, a TEDx speaker, and a published author.
When not working, you can catch Joanna reading, travelling or dreaming of snowy slopes where she can ski with her husband and 3 adult kids.
