Many job seekers take a break from job searching during the holidays. It’s a busy time of year, and it can be a challenge to juggle getting ready for the holidays and keeping the job hunt moving forward. But, that may be a mistake. Contrary to what you might think, hiring does not stop during the holiday season. Employers hire when they need new employees. It can also mean less competition for available jobs because of the number of job seekers who do take a break from their job hunt.

Kim Follis is described as being driven, passionate, life learner and a giver. With over 30 years of success in the Staffing industry, she is responsible for leading recruitment teams in finding and securing top-tier candidates in the areas of Administrative, Accounting, and Professional Services (Real Estate, Human Resources). Before Delta Dallas, she worked in Retail Management and Recruitment for eight years and graduated from Texas A&M with a BBA in Marketing & Advertising.
Additionally, Kim is very involved in the community and has held various leadership roles including current DallasHR Board of Trustee, 2017 DallasHR Chapter President, National Charity League and Young Men’s Service League Board Member and Past President and PTA Board Member for over six years.
Kim has won several awards and other accomplishments to her credit. Some of the most prestigious ones being – Texas Certified Personnel Consultant of the Year and DallasHR Volunteer Leader of the Year.
