Career Support Networking and Strategy Session for the HR Community

How to Maximize What we Know as HR Professionals

As HR Professionals part of our job is focused on interviewing, selecting, and hiring top talent – from one viewpoint – the HR perspective.  The job market is dynamic and as HR professionals, when we step over to the candidate side, we may have a “blind-spot” to what works in a job search.

I’ll share my learnings from my recent job search, how to maximize what we know as HR professionals and why you need to get comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Learning Objectives:

  • Why you have to network, network, network!
    What is effective networking?
How to build and use your personal brand during your job search
Get comfortable with NO, but always find for opportunities to say YES
