Career Support Networking and Strategy Session for the HR Community
3+4 Equals Success
Enjoying career success – and satisfaction – is not that complicated. Whether working in a call center, hospital, or a science lab, it takes only three skills to find that success. From entry-level employees all the way to top executives, career success requires time and effort put against these three skills. The same skills needed for career success are critical when searching for that career. Rather than waiting for that dream job to magically appear, using just three skills, HR professionals can discover that next job, kill the interview, and land the gig. After that, those same skills along with saying “Yes” to four questions will build an incredibly successful career while making a lasting impact on colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Learning Objectives:
- Explore the three skills necessary for finding and enjoying your next HR position.
- Understand the four mindsets needed to “supercharge” your career success.
- Discuss some creative ideas that “get you in the door” and make an impression.
