Lead, Inspire, Network, Knowledge, Share

Linking your DallasHR & HRSouthwest leadership experience with your advancement as a leader in the workplace.  
Our award-winning leadership development workshop is a six-module course designed to better equip our volunteers, like you, to be a higher-functioning leader, within both DallasHR and your company, by helping to build and expand key leadership competencies. In addition to fine tuning your leadership skills, graduates of the program also earn 12 hours of recertification credit from HRCI and SHRM. This course is valued at over $1,000 and it’s yours at no cost as a volunteer of our chapter.
DallasHR offers complimentary leadership training, Leadership LINKS, to our DallasHR and HRSWC volunteers.

Create a Leadership Quality Action Plan

About the Speaker





After a successful career in human resources for over 20 years, Deborah Avrin, SPHR started her company Management Skills Resource Inc. in 1998, with the belief that every manager with the right tools and training has the potential to be a great manager. She works with organizations in a variety of industries to build the confidence, competence and courage of their management teams through interactive training workshops. She holds a BBA in Human Resources and an MS in Organizational Behavior and is the author of the newly released book series The Management Map. Deborah is a proud to have been inducted to The HRSouthwest Conference Speaker Hall of Fame in 2018.
Attendance Policy
Participants can miss one class and complete a makeup assignment to remain in good standing with the class and graduate, but more than one absence will remove you from the course as it’s crucial to have the group participation to benefit from the course. All classes are in person at the DallasHR office. No remote call in options are available.
