It is no secret that we are in an inflationary economic environment and your employees are feeling the stress this creates.  Please join us for our panel discussion on how rising costs in all areas of life are causing financial strain in the workplace.  Now, more than ever, employees need support and resources to cope with the added financial pressures they are facing.  This may be a perfect opportunity to leverage a financial wellness program to aid employees in these stressful times.

Learning Objectives

  1. Discuss the employee benefits landscape from a health and wealth perspective and identify emerging trends and the overall state of the market
  2. Discuss the toll financial stress takes on the mental health and wellbeing, as well as productivity of your employees
  3. Discuss how you can leverage a financial wellness program to enhance your overall benefit package and support your employees in this area
