  • Our premier Education Events  are held throughout Dallas and Collin Counties offering the opportunity to learn from our top-quality speakers and those HR professionals in the room. DallasHR is a recognized provider of professional development credits with SHRM and for recertification credits with HRCI giving you access to education designed to meet the testing or recertification requirements you need for your career. Annual member savings of $120!

  • Throughout the year we offer a variety of educational programming in addition to our Educational Luncheons. This includes but is not limited to: seminars, legal workshops, Talent Management Luncheons, and more.

  • Webinars are offered throughout the year so that members can virtually attend learning sessions without leaving their home or office. Webinars are recorded and sent to attendees so that they can go back and review the session on demand after the program. Annual member savings of $100!

  • Whether you’re looking for a new opportunity or hiring an HR professional, the DallasHR Career Center will allow you to get the attention you need.  Job seekers can post their resume which is searchable by future employers and set up email alerts so you know when a new position appears.  Members who are looking to post a position receive discounted rates and complimentary internship postings. Members save $180 on a 60-day single job posting!

• The DallasHR Service Provider Directory

  • Our online marketplace  gives you access to the solutions, products and services to help you lead your company.  Members can then ask for recommendations or feedback through the HRConnect member forum which will help you find the best company the first time.  Service Providers who are active members receive a complimentary listing.

• Round Tables

  • Build a professional network within specialized areas of HR practice and interests, such as compensation & benefits, employee engagement, global HR and organizational development.  Round tables are small, personalized groups which are frequently accessible to members only. Some round tables may be certified for credit which are then open to non-members who do pay a fee to attend.

• Certification Study Groups - Member Discount

  • The popular and successful DallasHR Study Groups provide HR professionals with the competency to pass the HRCI (PHR, SPHR or GPHR) or SHRM certifications (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) exams. Participants meet 10 times over the course of three months and have dedicated HRConnect communities to continue the connections. Members receive discounted pricing on the course and SHRM Study Guide.  Members save $124 on the study group!

  • Looking for current and accurate online salary and benefits survey? DallasHR Members can gain access to the online survey by visiting our office.

  • Find all the answers about State Employment Law issues in just one book, published by the Texas Association of Business and the Texas State Council of SHRM, this is the ONLY employment law handbook written by Texas Labor Law Attorneys that focuses exclusively on the needs of Texas employers.  Members receive a discount when ordering from the Texas Association of Business.

• The HRSouthwest Conference - Member Discount

  • The largest regional educational and networking event largest regional educational and networking event for human resource professionals is powered by DallasHR. With more than 2500 attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors, the 2 ½ day event offers an abundance of networking opportunities alongside premier educational offerings. In addition, conference attendees have access to a reduced rate for the Online Learning Center which houses over 100 hours of certified educational content captured at the conference.  Members of DallasHR save an average of $300 on conference registration fees.

  • Increase your network and search ability buy adding your picture, bio and professional accomplishments to your HRConnect profile . Depending on how much info you provide, you will be able to find other members who share similar qualities and customize your communication preferences.

• In Transition Support/Job Search Support

  • Members who are between positions have the support of our community. From complimentary membership renewal to keep you engaged to in-person or online networking groups, your active participation will be enhanced by a variety of programs to shorten the transition period.

• Meeting Space - Member Discount

  • The DallasHR training and board rooms are available to members for meetings at no cost. Our convenient location in North Dallas allows you the flexibility of bringing your meeting to your customers.  Additional fees may apply based on the services requested or availability of space.  Please complete this Room Rental Agreement or contact the DallasHR office at 214.631.8775 to schedule.  Members save $100 on a full day rental!

• Specialty Group Interaction

  • Aside from connecting with our entire membership, you can narrow down your connection based on a special interest or specialized sector of the profession to meet others with similar disciplines. A few of these groups are:

    • Talent Management : Offering relevant programming related to staffing management and talent acquisition and a dedicated HRConnect community.

  • Recognizing those who exemplify the strategic role an HR executive plays in shaping today’s work environment, The Human Resource Executive of the Year Award is given annually to a local professional.

• Online Career Center

  • Providing our local HR profession with a competitive edge is our business and the DallasHR Career Center allows anyone the place to search or post a position.  Post your resume and set up automatic notifications when new job opportunities meet your criteria. Employers can post positions or search the 975 resumes posted by the 9,400+ visitors each year.

  • Expanding your connections may limit the time between employers so DallasHR is here to help you. Our Job-link Orientation Guide provides even our seasoned executives tips to help you prepare for the job search.  In-person Job-Link networking brings you together with volunteers who lend their expertise in job searching, interviewing, and networking.     • Who should attend?

      Any current DallasHR member is welcome to attend! This meeting is for all new and current members who want to learn how to Maximize their DallasHR Membership.

      Is it required?

      These meetings are encouraged for all new and current DallasHR members, but not required. RSVP’s are requested.

      What do I bring?

      Business cards are encouraged since this is one of the many opportunities you will have to network with other DallasHR members. Please do not bring marketing material for distribution.

      How do I get there?

      Meetings are at the DallasHR office unless otherwise noted above: 5001 LBJ Fwy, Ste 800. We’re on the Northwest corner of LBJ and the Dallas North Tollway, in the Argosy University building.
