Membership in DallasHR is owned by the individual, not the organization with whom the member is affiliated, and is neither transferable, refundable or assignable. Membership becomes effective upon approval of the application and dues payment processing. Dues are paid annually on an anniversary basis. There is an additional one-time $35 application processing fee added for all Professional, General and Associate members.

Professional Membership

Requirements
Engaged in the human resource profession with at least three years of experience

Certified by a human resources credentialing agency

A faculty member with three or more years experience holding at least assistant professional rank in HR

A full-time Human Resource consultant or attorney

Requirements
An Associate Member is an individual that does not meet the criteria for Professional or General membership but has a bona fide interest in the human resource profession.
Your membership is not transferable, refundable or assignable. Membership is portable, meaning if you change employers during your membership year, your DallasHR membership goes with you.  Membership becomes effective upon approval of the completed application and dues payment processing. Dues are paid annually on an anniversary basis.  DallasHR is an affiliated SHRM chapter (SHRM Chapter # 061). SHRM membership, however, is separate from your DallasHR membership. If you are interested in SHRM membership, you may contact SHRM National directly at www.shrm.org.

Designed for companies with five or more employees that want to join DallasHR.  This is not a corporate owned membership.  Each employee owns their own membership.

BEGINNING IN JANUARY 2023: The amount of employees needed for each category has decreased so you can now get a larger discount with less employees.

To get started, appoint one individual to be the company point of contact for your employees. The company point of contact should send a list of participating employee names and email addresses to DallasHR at [email protected]

DallasHR will email instructions directly to each employee about how to activate their membership. Upon completion of all employee applications, DallasHR will invoice the company for payment. Memberships will be activated upon receipt of payment.
