The Mentorship Program is designed to create unique, mutually beneficial relationships between students and local HR professionals who are members of DallasHR. The goal of the program, is to provide students with opportunities to expand their knowledge of HR practices, familiarize themselves with the HR profession and to develop professional contacts.
You must be an active student at a University, actively participating in a SHRM Student Chapter or facilitated SHRM Chapter, willing to commit sufficient time and effort for the entire school year. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Review mentee guidelines here
Mentors must be a member of DallasHR, have a willingness to share their knowledge and their passion for the field of Human Resources with local students currently engaged in the pursuit of a formal degree program in the Human Resources profession. Review mentor guidelines here
The application period for the 2018 -2019 school year is now open. Application deadline is October 19, 2018.
