Elizabeth McAninch, also known as Emac, is the People & Culture Manager at Tri Delta's Executive Office, where she has grown her career over the past four years. She holds a PHR certification and a MiniMBA from Miami University and is passionate about continuous learning. Emac brings a diverse skill set across multiple HR functions. At Tri Delta, she oversees onboarding, multi-state payroll, compliance, benefits administration, and employee support. This year, she led key initiatives, including introducing a manager training series, and revamping Open Enrollment, resulting in cost savings and enhanced employee experiences. Emac is also a member of Dallas HR’s Emerging Professional’s group and has enjoyed connecting with other young professionals in their early HR career.
